The Washington Nationals are back in D.C. for a five-game homestand that opens with two games of the Beltway Series vs. the Baltimore Orioles, followed by a three-game set against the Miami Marlins. The season’s 11th homestand features Hispanic Heritage and Roberto Clemente Day; kids Nationals Screech Handmade by Robots ™ Vinyl Figure giveaways; the season’s final Pups in the Park game; City Connect uniforms; Girl Scout Day; Value Day; Signature Sunday; Kids Run the Bases; and more.

· Beltway Series presented by Inova

o The Nationals will host their neighbors from the north as part of the annual Beltway Series presented by Inova when the Baltimore Orioles visit Nationals Park for a two-game set.

· Ceremonial First Pitch thrown by ESPN baseball analyst and 2022 BBWAA Career Excellence Award recipient Tim Kurkjian.

o The Nationals will host the Peace Corps Parade of Nations ceremony prior to Tuesday night’s game. More than 100 flag holders will line the field on the warning track during the national anthem.

o The Nationals are proud to celebrate dedicated healthcare professionals including doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dentists, pharmacists and all members of the medical team during Healthcare Services Day.

· Hispanic Heritage Day and Roberto Clemente Day

o The Nationals will celebrate Washington D.C.’s vibrant and diverse Hispanic culture before and throughout the game with special recognition given to the home countries of the club’s Spanish-speaking players. o Prior to the game, the Nationals will recognize 2021 MLB Roberto Clemente Award winner Nelson Cruz and the club’s 2022 nominee Josh Bell.

§ Audacy Spanish-music station El Zol will provide pregame entertainment with a performance from DJ Xplosive in the Center Field Plaza.

o Skip the dog park and bring your best friend to Nationals Park on Saturday for the final Pups in the Park game this season.

§ Over the weekend, PEDIGREE Foundation is supporting Wolf Trap Animal Rescue and the Humane Rescue Alliance to encourage pet adoptions.

§ Wolf Trap Animal Rescue will be stationed outside of the Coca-Cola Clubhouse next to the Budweiser Terrace escalator with adoptable dogs and puppies for fans to visit and inquire about adoptions.

§ PEDIGREE Foundation will provide Wolf Trap Animal Rescue with a matching donation for the puppies adopted following the game.

§ PEDIGREE Foundation will also cover all adoption fees for any dogs adopted at Humane Rescue Alliance on Sept. 17 and Sept. 18.
